FORGE PERFORMANCE – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Forge Performance via our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

As our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at forge.perform@outlook.com.

3. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

·        - The item must be unworn and unused

·        - The item must be in its original condition and packaging

·        - You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will offer a refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse refunds for items that have been worn, washed, altered, misused, or damaged after delivery.

8. Exchanges

We operate a refund-only policy. If you require a different size or product, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
